One of Southeast Asia’s most anticipated tech events is making its Malaysian debut this May.
ConverXion 2025, a major regional summit focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Experience (CX), is set to take place this 15 May at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral — bringing together global tech giants, business leaders, and CX innovators for a full day of future-shaping insights, demos, and connections.
Making its first appearance outside Indonesia, ConverXion is organized by Mimin, a rising star in the AI landscape known for its agentic, conversational AI solutions.
The decision to host the event in Malaysia highlights the country’s growing reputation as a regional innovation hub, especially in areas such as automation, AI, and digital customer engagement.

Mimin, the host of the event, will also unveil the Malaysian debut of its Voice AI — a system that enables businesses to automate customer conversations over voice channels. The live demo will showcase how AI can handle real-time voice interactions, boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Attendees can also interact with ConverXion AI, a generative AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that helps them explore sessions, access speaker details, and purchase tickets — all through a seamless chat interface.
